- Currently standard shipping is up to 10 Business Days, allow an additional 7 days for Customized items and Bulk items. During Holidays shipping may vary. Out of Country will be informed by E-mail with detailed information on shipping time.
- We will gladly except returns or exchanges on your order, please e-mail us or call within 5 Business Days of receipt. Include your name, phone, order # and the reason for return or exchange. We will promtly process your request or refund your money ( less shipping) via crediting your credit card. We cannot except returns on item that were burned or because you didn't like the scent. However, we will replace any candle that is defective or misspelled by us. Due to the nature of personalized items we cannot accept returns on these items.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all opened items.
